Can I sell a photo with initial sizes?
What does a model release mean?
With image dimensions, you do not need to upload different images for the different dimensions. The portal automatically creates images for the different dimensions that you wish to sell, be it 500px, 800px, 1280px, 1920px and more. Take note that the dimension created is dictated by how large your image is based on the long side. For instance, I cannot be able to sell an image of 1920px width if my image's width is 800px.
With regard to the format, you will definitely need to create several formats for the same image. Assuming your initial image is named 'Wildebeest-Migration.jpg'. If you wish to sell the same image in different formats, you will have to create replicas of the same image such as 'Wildebeest-Migration.png', 'Wildebeest-Migration.tff', 'Wildebeest-Migration.svg' and 'Wildebeest-Migration.raw'. Kindly note that the different formats may attract different pricing. Despite the difference in image format, ensure that the IPTC metadata for the other formats is different, This helps create a good user experience for the search engines.
Absolutely! This is highly encouraged as search engines like Google are increasingly consuming geo-location data for location-based searches. In fact, this can be more simplified if you have a GPS-enabled camera that stores coordinates in EXIF data.
